Refund Policy

At Nivaas Hospitality, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
Bookings made via third-party platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.

A Future Stay Voucher (FSV) is a credit issued by Nivaas Hospitality Private Limited that allows you to rebook any of our properties across India, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
If you opt for an FSV, the full refund amount is credited without any processing fee, whereas bank refunds incur a 5% deduction.
The FSV can be used multiple times until fully utilized and applied directly during payment for a new booking.

Nivaas Hospitality Private Limited allows rescheduling only once for the same property, if requested between 12 and 6 days before check-in, subject to availability.
The new booking must be made within 3 months of the original booking date. Partial payment bookings are not eli ible for rescheduling.
Any remaining balance after deducting the rescheduling fee and adjusting the new booking amount will be absorbed into the new booking and will not be refunded.

Bookings made using the “NOCANCEL” coupon, peak date bookings, and partial payment bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for a refund.
For last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Nivaas Hospitality Private Limited will attempt to secure a replacement booking. If successful, the new booking amount (after a 5% deduction) will be refunded; otherwise, the cancellation will be treated as a no-show with no refund.
