1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost except for Nivaas Hospitality Private Limited. Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival.
• Group Bookings: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost except for Nivaas Hospitality Private Limited. Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival.
