Vagator, Goa
This 4 BHK villa in Goa with private pool is located in Vagator, the region of North Goa where pace decelerates and scenery opens up. Four large bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen you can really cook in, and outdoor space that can be anything you want it to be. Bonfire after sunset, BBQ on a Saturday afternoon, brainstorming circle for a leadership offsite.
It’s the kind of Goa luxury vacation that functions as a corporate retreat villa in Goa Monday to Wednesday and a party villa Friday to Sunday. The same villa, the same carer, two very different memories.

Places To Visit In Goa
Most luxury villas in North Goa cluster around the same three or four areas and pay for the privilege with traffic and tourist crowds. Vagator's different. Tree lined lanes, low rise architecture, a beach that's still loved by locals, and a food and café scene that punches above its weight. Honeydew sits in the quieter pocket of Vagator, so you get all the access without any of the noise.
* Relax at Vagator and Anjuna beaches.
* Visit Chapora Fort for iconic sunset views.
* Explore premium beach clubs and nightlife spots.
* Enjoy water sports and coastal experiences.
* Discover Goa’s café culture and live music scenes.

Yes – and it’s one of our most-booked use cases. Honeydew is set up specifically for the kind of corporate retreat villa in Goa that companies have actually been looking for: reliable high speed Wi-Fi, power backup (Goa loses electricity more than it should), multiple breakout spaces, a terrace that doubles as a presentation area, and a 24/7 caretaker who can coordinate meals so your team isn’t ordering Zomato three times a day. We often entertain 6–10 people for 2–4 nights, combining strategy sessions with pool and campfire dinners. We can handle catering, transportation, and logistics. Your dates and team size will help us create a corporate package.
Honeydew comfortably sleeps 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms (2 per room as standard). For daytime celebrations, BBQ afternoons, or team offsite working sessions, the villa easily accommodates 10–14 people in the common areas, terrace, and around the pool. If you need extra mattresses for kids or additional sleeping arrangements, just mention it at the time of booking and we’ll sort it out before you arrive.
Absolutely. The villa is yours no visitors, shared spaces, or front desk complaining about noise. The pool, grass, terrace, and bonfire area are ideal for 8–20-person parties. Our services include theme specific decor (₹3,500+), chef-prepared dinners (₹1,500+ per chef), DJ setup (₹6,000+), and birthday cakes. In a residential neighborhood, please limit music after 10 PM. Tell us what you’re celebrating when you book and we’ll create a package.
Food isn’t included by default you book villa, and meals are flexible. There are three common approaches our guests take: (1) Self-catering — the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, water purifier, induction, crockery, and a toaster. Mapusa Market is 20 minutes away for fresh produce. (2) Chef service — we can arrange an in-villa chef starting at ₹1,500/meal who’ll cook Goan, North Indian, or continental cuisine. Ingredients charged separately. (3) Eating out — Vagator and Anjuna have some of the best restaurants in Goa, all within a 5–15 minute drive. Most groups do a mix.
Yes, Honeydew is pet friendly villa and we don’t charge a separate pet fee in most cases. The villa has fenced outdoor spaces where your dog can move around safely, and our caretaker is genuinely comfortable with pets. We do ask that pets stay off beds and furniture, and please don’t leave them unsupervised around the pool. Morjim Beach (about 18 minutes away) is one of Goa’s most pet-friendly beaches if you want to take them out. Just let us know you’re bringing a pet when you book so we can prepare the space.
Yes to all three. We offer airport pickup/drop (₹2,500-₹3,500 one way), scooter rentals (₹400-₹600/day, helmets provided), and guided tours (Old Goa heritage tour, North Goa beach hop, spice plantation visits, Mandovi sunset cruises). We utilise vetted local businesses we’ve worked with for years, ensuring quality and price. Tell us what you want and we’ll send choices after you book.
The fastest way is WhatsApp at +91 94227 99759. Send us your dates, group size, and any preferences (corporate retreat, family, pet-coming, special occasion) we reply within 2 hours with availability and a final, all-in price. No platform sign-up, no account creation, no booking fees. You can also call us at the same number or email reservations@thenivaas.com. Once confirmed, you pay a 30% advance, the balance is due 7 days before check-in. No surprises at checkout, ever.
A Day at Honeydew What Your Stay Actually Feels Like Mornings here don't have an alarm clock attached to them. You wake to filtered Goan light through linen curtains, the distant murmur of birds in the coconut palms beyond your window. The four bedrooms have their own individuality luxury linen, lots of storage space, ensuite bathrooms with hot water and proper toiletries. No waiting for the shower, no fighting over who gets the bigger room (well mostly).
Walk down to the kitchen fridge stocked the night before, kettle ready, water purifier humming. Whether your team's pulling together a working breakfast before the day's session, or the family's deciding between going to the beach or staying in to swim, the space adapts. The private pool sits in the center of the property like an open invitation kids in by 10, adults in by noon, everyone in by sunset.
The afternoons lengthen. The terrace becomes the second work place, shaded just enough, if you’re here for a corporate retreat villa in Goa. Whiteboards down, laptops on the table, Wi-Fi still going, occasional cold drink from the fridge. The 24/7 caretaker takes care of all the little things you’d typically lose 30 minutes to additional towels, restaurant recommendations, booking a chef for supper, lighting the bonfire at golden hour. Evenings shift the villa's mood entirely. The terrace softens into ambient light. The BBQ comes alive prawns, paneer tikka, whatever your group's craving. The bonfire crackles under a sky that's still warm enough for shorts. Some people drift toward the pool. Some sit talking late. Someone always brings out a speaker. This isn't a luxury home stay where you tiptoe past other guests there are no other guests. The whole place is yours.
